Oral presentation instructions
Presentation rooms are equipped with an LCD projector for PC-based presentation. A microphone and a laser pointer are prepared for speakers. All speakers must bring their own PC for presentations. Before the session starts, please preview presentation files with the equipped LCD projector to ensure their presentations will be correctly displayed. In the presentation room, a D-sub 15 pin connector is prepared. Please provide your own connector in case your PC does not accept the D-sub 15 pin connector.
Presentations should last no longer than 20 minutes, to allow 5 minutes for questions and changeover to the next Speaker.
