The Organizing Committee of 2009 Asia-Pacific International Symposium on Aerospace Technology cordially invites the registrants to attend the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 from 6:30 pm at the "International Conference Room" of the Nagaragawa Convention Center. The joint Banquet of APISAT 2009 and the 47th Aircraft Symposium (domestic session) will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2009 from 6:00 pm at the "Ball Room" of Gifu Miyako Hotel. This event is included with a regular registration. The banquet tickets for student registrants and accompanying persons can be purchased for JPY 5,000 via the online pre-registration or at the registration desk on-site.

The international (non-Japanese, *1) registrants will be invited to the technical tour on Friday, November 6, 2009 from 8:30 am. Advanced reservation by October 26 through the Online Pre-registration is required. An English-speaking guide will introduce participants an aerospace museum and a sightseeing spot located around Gifu area. Lunch will be served. This event is included with any type of registration. Participants can join and drop out of the tour in mid-course at their convenient spots marked below with an atmark (@). The tour information is subject to change without notice.
