We are sorry to hear that several attendees could not reserve rooms in Gifu Miyako Hotel, our official hotel, because of no vacancies. Now, it is our pleasure to announce that Gifu Miyako Hotel has released additional rooms for guests during APISAT2009. For those rooms are, however, open not only for APISAT attendees but also for other guests, the rooms are booked on a first come, first served basis.
