JSASS members receive the following benefits.

All JSASS members receive Aeronautical and Space Sciences Japan, the monthly Japanese-language publication. The reader obtains various reviews/surveys basic knowledge, and related information of aeronautics and astronautics field. The members can contribute an article to the periodical. |

JSASS issues the following four academic publications, which are available for all JSASS member online. JSASS members also receive two print publications.
Moreover, JSASS members can submit their research paper for publication.
The Transactions of JSASS is a quarterly collection of original archival research papers disclosing new theoretical developments and/or experimental results. The topics include all fields in aeronautics and astronautics.
Space Technology Japan is an on-line-access collection of papers, as an official archival data. This journal specifically features the field of space technology. Following two journals are published in Japanese. English abstract is available.

JSASS members can attend the hosting or joint/cooperating conferences or events (more than 10 conferences/events per year) held by the JSASS. Members can obtain the latest information and gather with other members of aerospace field. JSASS members can present a paper at the conferences and have privilege for discounted registration fees. |

JSASS members can participate in various committees and branches, and attend as board members for planning and operation of JSASS. |

The society awards are given out to outstanding papers or newly developed technologies. JSASS award program includes Journal Award, Technical Award, Encouragement Award, etc. The Student Award is given to outstanding students who are studying at aerospace--related universities/colleges (currently about 20 schools/departments). The presentation awards such as the Student Presentation Award are given to excellent presentations in most conferences. |

The scholarship assistance is available for student members living in Japan to attend international conferences such as ICAS and Asia-Pacific International Symposium on Aerospace Technology. |
